This micro-credential is a two-course sequence that provides graduate students and community members with skills for human resource development. This micro-credential, offered 100% online, will provide graduate students from Buffalo State and across SUNY important and marketable skills in human resource development. Adding this micro-credential will provide a new recruitment avenue for community members to engage with the Adult Education Program at Buffalo State. This micro-credential is a stand- alone enhancement of academic and skill-based knowledge graduate students and community members. Both courses in this micro-credential role directly into the Human Resource Development Graduate Certificate and the Adult Education M.S. degree program.
